You are what you consume.

And that includes music and motion pictures as well as food.

A simple plan: consume more of that which you wish to become.

Take stock of what you've been consuming to know what you've unconsciously decided to become.

  2. a fabulous post! i'm printing out the text to tape up all around as a constant reminder (refrigerator, work, shop, laptop cover) and will bookmark and watch the vid repeatedly.
