  1. this is one tragic lunch! was wondering where you've been, had hoped you were out having some down time and fun. but this would indicate there was work in the mix. cest la vie...hope you get some downtime this weekend. in other news, what's your take on utterz?

  2. Meh.

    I'm just saying:
    freshly-ground peanut butter
    dark chocolate
soy milk in little drink boxes
cheese (if you have a cooler)
    whole grain crackers

Everything can be eaten standing up, one handed, with only a letterman (aka fancy filmset jack-knife). It all keeps for many days + requires no prep.

That's the only way I got through all the student film shoots where 80% of the time, "food" meant sad-looking cheese pizza and soda. (They other 20% of the time was fast-food sandwiches, or some kind of chemicals and pasta.) Most all of it was completely uneatable.

I ended up with a lot of 22-year-old guys realizing maybe they should go to Whole Foods, 'cause my food was really yummy. (Well, not a lot. I'd only share with my crew.)

  3. oh yeah, jen's got it right: roll your own. much better, and cheaper, and not that much more work. DIY lunch. yup.

Whoa. Hey. Hi. Talk to me.
