Pre-dawn Breakfast
I love the quiet of early, early morning. Because our work is sometimes light-dependent, we often have to begin work before dawn in order to maximize the time we have during daylight hours. In such cases, sleepy technicians arrive to work for a blessedly hot breakfast before the rush to beat the sun begins. Film/television caterers have these amazing trucks from which all manner of excellent food is produced. Because we typically work 70+ hours a week, it behooves production companies to provide us with 3 meals a day. The heart of a successful work day is in a hearty breakfast.
