Diet? No way.
Just make a single rule that works for you.
My single rule is: No cookies, candies, cakes or salt delivery devices from the grocery store.
I can eat any sugary or salty delight I want, so long as I cook it.
It takes about two months, but the weight comes off.
This strategy works because I don't really cook. It works because I can have the sugary/salty things I crave any time.
Trick is, to figure out your rule.
