Breuk Iversen moves into the East Village with his soon to be released 10003 Magazine, that is based upon his first zippy publishing venture, 11211.

Nobody knows more about North Brooklyn than Iversen, who's been characterized by more than one as the "Mayor of Williamsburg".

His business model is worth studying.

Here's to 10003 in '04.
